Shows are run by anyone who has been active for at least one SIM year as well as associations.

General:

1.  Association shows, unless listed as "open shows," require your horse to be registered with that association.

2.  Barns can run shows of any type (ex: breed, etc.)

How to Enter Most Shows:

1.  Make sure your horse qualifies with the show.

2.  E-mail both myself and the owner of the show with your horse's name, your name, the location and name of the show, and the classes you wish to enter.

Specific shows may list instructions that vary from those above.

If you wish to hold a show:

1.  Choose a show ground to run it on.  Show grounds are any of the barns or the General Show Grounds.  If you can not get permission from the barn owner to run it at their barn, run your show on the General Show Grounds.

2.  Make a page for your show.  Include classes, the date it will be run, the date by which entries are due, class requirements, the classes, etc.

3.  Update your entry lists as you recieve entries.

4.  Run the show.  Post results at least 3 days afterwards, or face a fine.

If you have questions, e-mail me.
